Oh, and forgot about latest fun news. Both my mom and jason went in for blood tests this week (just a timing coincidence, nothing scary Passions soap opera about it) and jason came back with "irrelgular" results owith his liver, so he needs more tests - AND my mom found out that she has hypothyroidism, which means she'll be on pills probably for the rest of her life. So, suck. But at least we know why she's so lethargic and cant lose weight, I guess thats a plus.

There. Now completly up to date.

the pills aren't much nuisance, and she will feel *so much better*. hypothyroid makes you lethargic, depressed and miserable. i'm glas she got diagnosed! hope you guys are well.... miss you!

It's definitely good that your Mom went to the doctor to find out the deal. My Mom found out many a health problem but now has medication to help her control those imbalances or deficits in her body. She's on them for the rest of her life, but at least she's still here with us.

So best wishes for your Mom and her medication because sometimes drugs are good.
